At Access, we have modified our business processes so that we can confidently protect the health and well-being of our employees, customers, and suppliers.
Although our office is open, we are operating with approximately 50% staff in the office, and 50% from home, to facilitate proper physical distancing. Masks have been made available to our staff and their families. As our employees return to office, and to customer sites, we are taking a cautious and flexible approach that is rigorous in the interest of safety, security and well-being.
Our supply chain is fully operational, and although the supply of PC hardware (especially notebook computers) remains constrained, we are receiving inventory daily. Inventory levels are improving rapidly since manufacturing has come back online around the globe.
As normal, our customers can reach us for support, by phone at (416) 789-5542 or email at techsupport@access.on.ca .
Thank you for cooperation as we strive to help protect the health and safety of all involved.
Stay safe and be in good health!
